On a crisp April morning, 250 spirited Appletiser employees gathered at the green heart of the Elgin Valley to re-imagine the future of their iconic company and brand. Appletiser’s “refreshed ” vision, mission, values and strategy brought the company’s purpose of making moments more special to life through storytelling, live art theatre, music and dance within the Paul Cluver Wine Estate amphitheatre.
The event was designed to enthral and entertain, through low-tech but highly interactive presentation. While African storyteller, Lebo Mashile, captivated listeners with the story of Appletiser’s heritage, the leadership revealed the new direction of the brand, James Durno waved his magic paint brushes and transformed the stage backdrop into a triptych of vibrant Appletiser graphics.
The MC facilitator elevated energies and ignited audience participation. At the close of the session, the forest resounded with an orchestra of Appletiser flutes and tubes…performed by employees and conducted by the charismatic and humorous Silent Conductor, Steve Barnett.
