Customer centricity is not a box you tick before moving on. Working with Volkswagen SA for over a decade, our challenge has been to create and implement a strategy to keep the notion relevant and top of mind over the longer-term, for dealership, sales and marketing employees nationwide.

Consistently driving sustainable results, the programme – endorsed by senior leaders – has included customer experience ambush theatre, workshops, pledged commitments and quarterly awards, culminating in a gala evening for the big-time, role-model winners.
