In 2010, Pan-African financial services giant Liberty briefed us to help to improve its relationship with Independent Financial Advisers.

Using our unique tools, thousands of two-way, self-facilitated quality conversations happened across the country, giving everyone involved a chance to listen and be heard… over a cup of coffee. We assimilated and fed back the content of these conversations, and appropriate changes were implemented.

Over three years, feedback from the advisers indicated that 82% (up from 58%) felt that their relationship with the company was good or excellent, and performance has improved significantly as a result.
