Our work in employee engagement began with the Edcon retail group in 2002, when we developed and launched new values, and brought them to life for its 25 000 employees nationwide.

The many programmes we’ve devised since then, at all touchpoints in the employee lifecycle, have been geared at refreshing and reinforcing awareness and understanding of the company’s Employer of Choice offerings.

We’ve achieved measureable success in clarifying individual roles and value within the bigger picture, always underpinned by the company’s enduring values.
