Since August 2014, we’ve partnered with the telecommunications provider in developing and delivering a sequenced programme of inspiring, experiential initiatives to shift employee attitudes and behaviour.

By foregrounding Customer First in organisational consciousness and bringing it to life, we’ve measureably improved engagement levels and created clear connections between individual roles and collective endeavours.
